We offer an exchange in case if there is a default by Company, Product quality and size issues.

Note: If there is a product issue (size or quality) from brand side, we will bear the return charges else Customer will need to send parcel at Wearhouse once received, a New parcel will dispatch at 200 COD.

Payment Terms

Right Now we only offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan.

For international orders, we also accept payments via Bank Deposit/ Western Union.

Custom duties or any sort of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).

Delivery Terms

We offer free shipping and Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. We have deployed the services of Pakistan’s most trusted logistics companies with a wide delivery network for shipment purposes. The order would take around 3-5 working days to reach you depending on your location.

The shipping time for customized and out of stock products would be a bit longer. RetroWalk’s team member will contact you and keep you posted on the approximate shipping time once the order is placed.

Outlier Locations

Though we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
